Join us for another deeply restorative Sound Bath Session at Mother Lion , led by Abby Jacobi of Resonant Heart. Let the rich and deeply integrative vibrations, tones, and overtones from gongs, metal singing bowls, chimes, and monochord guide you into relaxation, renewal, and connection - a moment to breathe, release, and realign in community.

Abby is a board-certified music therapist, sound practitioner, & founder of Resonant Heart with over 20 years of experience, she has helped individuals of all ages use music & sound to cultivate regulation, awareness, & healing from within.

This special gathering supports the arts — a portion of proceeds will benefit Pink Umbrella Theater Co., a local organization dedicated to creating inclusive theater experiences for artists and audiences of all abilities.

Come as you are, bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow & water bottle, and settle into the serene energy of Mother Lion for an evening of resonance and healing.
