Join us for a deeply grounding Winter Solstice Community Soundbath and Yule Log Burning led by Shanna Cota and Jamie Shorts. You're invited to settle into restorative sound vibrations, connect with community, and participate in a symbolic Yule Log burning to welcome the return of the light. 

Shanna brings over a decade of practice in Mien Shiang and Taoist Five Element philosophy, weaving wisdom of nature, emotion, and inner harmony into her work. Jamie, a sound therapy practitioner, yoga instructor, and SEL educator, shares the healing power of crystal bowls and mindful presence cultivated through her personal journey and her work with children. Together, they create a nurturing space for release, reflection, and intention as we transition into winter’s quiet embrace.

Unwind with a relaxing, hands-on workshop led by Melissa Courtney of The Indigo Project. Learn how to naturally dye silk to create a beautiful reusable gift wrap or wearable art, and craft simple seasonal decorations with dried oranges, gingerbread stars, and balsam sprigs. Enjoy a cozy atmosphere with wine or tea as you slow down, connect, and create meaningful pieces for the holiday season. No experience needed — limited spots available!
