Holiday Silk Dyeing Workshop

A creative evening at Mother Lion

Join us for a relaxed evening focused on creative wellness and hands-on creativity with Melissa Courtney of The Indigo Project.

In this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to naturally dye silk and turn it into beautiful reusable gift wrap or a piece of wearable art. This is a relaxing, beginner-friendly process that adds color and intention to your holiday season.

You will also make simple natural decorations using dried orange slices, a gingerbread star, a balsam sprig, and twine. These can be used to style your gifts or add a festive touch to your home.

Come unwind in a peaceful setting, sip wine or tea, and create something meaningful you can use for years to come.

Your ticket includes:

  • One naturally dyed silk gift wrap/scarf

  • Gingerbread stars

  • Dried oranges

  • Balsam sprigs

  • Twine and ribbon for wrapping

  • Wine and tea for sipping

  • Guided instruction

Slow down, connect, and make new seasonal memories.
